Most of life is just a creative step forward with a lot of alertness and awareness to the vibes and surrounding events as they  unfold before us.

Being born in Cloneland USA i do not have too much strain Om my eyes and can depend on uniformity with no irregularities. We certainly wouldn’t want the for our tummies…Would we now?

However many times we look back on our lives and see behavioral patterns that only developed through time. For instance; I remember as a child going places like the attic or a chamber in the church where others could not find me and just felt comfortable being alone there in solitude setting for awhile.

Sometimes it takes years to really understand why we have had separations with others or disagreements. Often it may take years and during that ‘time’ we have more time for reflection and introspection. Things do become clearer. And often our original intuitions were correct but I may take years to see them unfold and reveal what we had a hunch about.

People can look good but if they are unable to express kindness they cannot be beautiful. Beauty also comes from an inner radiance.

If you are a spiritual aspirant karma speeds up because you are burning it out. This is what karma does. It mirrors your own action towards others. So you are able to see what your actions do to others. In this way you can gain empathy by seeing its effects on you when others  do something to you similar to what you have done to others.

I think the first meditation i began was as a teenager staring into a candle light and staring in the flame then closing my eyes and attempting to see the flame continue in my inner awareness.
