Morning Meditation continues to be the best time for me to make spiritual connections with the Masters and a consciousness of peace. The mind is much more settled by its rest from the previous nite and the body is more receptive to staying focused and awake in meditation. The consciousness is not as rattled by the days onslaught of constant worldly demands and troubles.

Except for a few exceptions I attempt to meditate in the morning before anything. Bringing the spiritual forces and the Masters into our personal lives at the beginning of the day brings their guidance and protection in all matters. Continuing to pray for guidance and direction during the course of the day helps in making the right decisions with regards to circumstances and people we encounter.

Often, because we have so many worldly thoughts we become frenetic and are unable to focus on meditation. Therefore we may have to distance ourselves from others who are too worldly for us. Meat and eating animals can also cause this restlessness. We often have to look at our own thoughts, actions and stimulation also, to be a master of our thoughts and free of restlessness. However it may be a constellation of worldly thoughts that keep our minds so restless we get the feeling that we are unable to meditate.

We are given a total transformation of our attitudes and thought processes in the guidance of our Master(s). It is for us to be receptive to the original desire we harbored on this path. That desire was for liberation from this material existence and its consequences in our lives. When we are confronted with the inevitable lessons given to us through our karmic past and the guidance we receive to navigate us out of delusion and the labyrinth of our twisted thoughts we must always remember to be thankful 🥹 for all seeming confrontations we have with circumstances and people in our life, recognizing they are fulfilling a divine purpose in our present spiritual enfoldment. And these people and circumstances are mirroring our own life actions we at one time or another created in our own human existences.
