Some peiple we know can be quite natural also in the presence of others; even to the point of taking a little jab at themselves; "I must be the only person that doesn't know his own songs".

Sometimes ive stressed myself attempting to understand others and recognizing what they meant or have done.... when suddenly i recognize; i may need them and their services. At that point i recognize it is not so important what they mean or have done but rather it is more  important that i'm happy and content with my atttitude towards them and my own actions regarding them and that my happiness is not affected by their responsess and actions.

It is interesting to me that i can feel out of sorts with this world - its hardness and frustrations - and at times it effects me. But then i have  a real good morning meditation and suddenly i realze that i am happy on my own and  the irritations of others are not affectlng my inner happiness. Or i can be meditating quite regularly on long  meditations with others and suddenly recognize i feel like im floating above the mental aguish and frustrations i often encounter. Its as though someone else brought a high degree of peace and lightness in the meditation practice and shared it with everyone else and i feel as though i am actually floating above the worlds concerns, my own aloness and worldly concerns.
