And yet our goal is to "Center", and move away from the oscillations of "Stimulus" and "Reaction".    Such is the paradox of language... 

Yes, Steve, seems we are creating an environment via Soul Searching Forum to find, maintain, expand "Center" ?    Through compassion of sharing, searching, loving, caring...   ?    It is an extension of the dance of Spirit and Nature, just as our inner service, and outer activity...  we walk the streets of life expressing, we type our words here...   let it flow, hopeful and grateful for moments moving within "Center"....

Namaste2All another word that can be used here is 'reactive' as you have used instead of response. Do we react to events and people or do we enjoy the fascination and the show that is being shown even though the part we have to play might not always be so enjoyable outwardly speaking. We still play are part to the best we know how thru many incarnations of rehearsal.
