I found this on GAB, would need to do research on the claim but looks like Nature provides a solution once again.

Today, while running along my local bayou, I saw two cranes flying above the water. The first was a large white crane, the sun was so bright that he looked like white light in motion. A brilliant shining effect took place. And behind him, just a little lower was a perfectly black and gray crane. In that moment I felt completely balanced and whole. I felt the mirrored relationship between consciousness and present. Everything that followed after was a prolonging effect of peace.

Nature has an amazing affect on our consciousness. I had a dream about seeing Amma while being up North this past week.
