Grin a cheesy film but something said here rings true...

to step on air like a stone or swim through it like water. in my dreams, whenever i am trying to fly, it is most always the motion of swimming 'underwater'... except instead of being underwater i am swimming up through the air.

 Grin
anyways...

I BELIEVE.
in the other realms i was told the laws as we have come to understand them here don't necessarily apply. the power of thought could have you change objects or even teleport from one place to another.

Yea mystic eerie... and I have had such experiences given by great saints and Master’s and have seen them as perhaps you have also...but until you believe them as true and they can manifest in your life ... they will only be a fantasy. Isn’t that a wonderful thing.... mind over matter?

interesting point. as a himalayan monk swami v would meditate in these caves and he said that the minerals in there would allow you to enter into a specific meditative state that could not otherwise be achieved. he also said that alien life could manifest itself and that monks could levitate up to the rooftop inside the caves. steve i know you have an interest in ancient aliens, an episode was on tonight that was all about caves and extraterrestrial life. theories of inter-dimensional travel and other ideas were suggested which seemed to validate swami v's words. swami v also said the monks up there do not necessarily need to eat food but instead thrive on elixirs- one in particular called green elixir. i found it interesting that you would say until you yourself believe something it will just be a fantasy. my sister was idly on her phone waiting for her ride while the show was on, because she is a geologist and they were showing giant crystals i asked her if she could name them. she was able to accurately say the type of crystals. when they started talking about crystals being used to hold information i tried to share some of the statements swami v has shared with us tried suggesting my own theories and she told me because she understands the science behind the material she isn't sure she could believe some of the things being presented. it's not that her science is wrong, it's that it only goes so far(admittedly it is more than what i know, she has years of disciplined study under her belt which gives due respect) but it seems to me that with a little bit of knowledge one might become comfortable enough not to probe or consider other unknown possibilities as reality.

you prompted me to come back here and share this shivling found in gurunaths ashram. its made out of mercury, a unique metal that exist as liquid at room temperature. gurunath says he is able to use his will and the power of concentration to keep its form thus mind over matter. he says it is a symbol for earth peace which i believe reflects his souls cry/mission statement(self peace for earth peace)- it is the philsophers stone and kriya yoga is about total transfromation. look into mercury as an alchemist symbol to see more correlation.

here's the video
