The idea that you are not perfect or need to do something to improve yourself is itself only an idea imposed on your perfect nature. Is it imperfect then? No, it is merely illusory and ephemeral.

Sounds very convoluted which makes me wonder if the mind is grinding away. 😯 i have tried to understand....though the purpose of this thread is happiness and making others ☺ happy. I think the man with the plaque (first post) was saying he was trying to do this-make people happy by his cheerful service-however not always being sucessful at it he was asking for some patience since he was working at it with Gods help.

Some people have that capacity others do not and there are all kinds in between.  It really makes most people happy if they make others happy by their presence but there are those who do not seem to care.
