A lofty goal. Since friends keep passing away, or falling off. But that shouldn't be a discouragement!

I am also happy for other people that gain deep friendships here at the site. I am not able to attract friendships with everyone even if they have the same spiritual goal and some may not. The question for me is this; Do those around us and those we meet support our spiritual goals? Do they right us when we may be wrong? Do they enlighten us on issues, problems and with solutions that may help us forward? Do we meditate and pray when we are with them? If they do then we have chosen the friends that help us and not harm us.

I feel fortunate to have a few spiritual friends because it seems people often become limited in their interests, to those who have certain addictions to those who limit their intellectual or artistic interests. I’m totally fine with those who find that much of their time is taken up in activities that lead to liberation; the main goal of life.
