I like to maintain contact with friends even though we may drift apart… there are many reasons for this. Most people do not recognize that we are not just connected by this life time but rather many lifetimes we have been working on such friendships. And often even if a friend has departed we at times reconnect in mysterious ways. Ways that give us faith in the eternal nature of true friendship.
