We all have certain spiritual lessons to learn in life and one of mine is to know when and how to say things that I believe to be true without being misinterpreted and offended by my presentation. There are few people who ‘know’ what is a truthful statement and when to announce it and when it is better left unsaid. No doubt that is why Amma said “no comment” when asked about the current situation in the United States and Jesus was silent with no response when Pilot asked him “what is truth?” Since we were not there perhaps he did not even give Jesus the chance to answer but he did not find any guilt in him. It was the people and the religious people that sought no answer. Some people are offended by answers or possible solutions to difficult situations. In which case anything we say can be held against us.
