Restlessness

I have yet to get a clear grasp on this topic because I feel complete peace at times after meditation and no restlessness. However, for me restlessness is also a motivation for physical motion and activity. There it is an inspiring motivation for all types of exercise.

I have found some environments to be restless. So it is more challenging to meditate in such atmospheres. Other places like deep in the woods or often near a quiet ocean - where the ocean waves are falling on the shore - or next to a river listening to it flow are much more conducive to meditation.
