People are so restless they disrupt the plans of others because they are unable stay in one place or at one task for any amount of time. That is why we spend so much time at meditation. We are able to sit and quiet the mind or stay on a task till its completion or till the time we set to work on something has arrived.

Western culture is so absorbed in ‘doing’ than in ‘being’ this is one reason why we see so much war and friction caused by restless thought and mindets.
