..the consciousness returns inward instead of being constantly identified outward in worldly activities and thoughts.  

 

Yes Blue Nova  i have found it very difficult to bring that attention inwards without the help of meditation techniques. We are fortunate to have some of the best! Even some that seem to be a bit ahead of us spiritually... the third and fourth Kriyas.
