Orbs seem to be a phenomena that those seeking awakening and psychic awareness have experienced in one way or another. I have a friend who has seen them in photographs she has taken and I have experienced them in meditation which I associate with the third eye. They can appear in different radiant colors but I often see them after practicing the Joyti Mudra technique given in the SRF lessons. Keeping them steadily radiant and glowing is not so easy and requires a lot of patience and calmness in meditation practice.
