If we have reoccurring events that happen in our life we should not ignore them in a act of lethargy, or spiritual amnesia and inertia. We must consider that something is attempting to get our attention. So to give an example …I often wake up in the middle of the nite and just lay in bed or attempt to communicate on the internet. However at some point it comes to my attention that my ‘efforts’ are some what ineffective. So i recognize i just should sit up and meditate. It is the perfect hour and everything is still and peaceful.

Yes, when these episodes of insomnia occur, the best is to meditate, I used to do that as well
