Sometimes you have to give yourself a pep talk

Sometimes you have to give yourself a pep talk. I went jogging tonight and I would have liked to exercise at a leisurely pace. But something inside of me said you can do better. So I kept saying to myself  ‘keep it up’ as I was running. It really did help. You can psyche yourself into something. And tonight I had to psyche myself out of bed to energize as well.
