Sleeping Outside

I wonderful thing about sleeping at nite outside is that you notice the position of the planets and stars as well as the Moon at night and the Sun during the day. And, how it affects behavior. Tonight an almost full Moon was  flanked by Jupiter nearby. The accompanying awareness in meditation and watching my breath as well as new musical and spiritual insights was too strong to be coincidental.

I used to sleep outside in a sleeping bag when a boy, always, whatever the weather. Enjoyed that.

Yea there is something about the wide openness of the out doors, the spaciousness of the sky and stars and the fresh air that inspires meditation and expansion of consciousness 🤗
