It has become more evident over the years that it is important to absorb the experience after meditation and not puncture holes in your pocket of peace from the after effects of meditation. Both Amma and Paramahansa Yogananda stressed the importance of remaining quiet and absorbed in the aftermath of meditation.

I’m sorry if I caught you off guard but I’ve come back afresh  after a year of absence or so because I need to know just what kind of advice you can give me from your extensive knowledge of being and practicing medication and what wonders it can do for me?

Well doc my advice, after careful consideration is that mccoy, Eric or even Uwi would have a better perspective for such a case that is above and beyond my expertise.

Well not really doc. I just had some bad experiences with Prozac that caused erectile dysfunction. So I’m beginning to understand the benefits of bowing out before being humiliated.
