After reading my post above I have thought about your assessment of me being a karma yogi Eric. Perhaps 🤔 I should take your insight more seriously 😳 after all, maybe my comments are not as important as I think and I should get back to my own introspection and meditation. Although I do believe that meditation is the single most effective practice for changing myself and the world around us. 🙏 to your insights Brother Eric.

In last nights satsang, Swami Vidyadhishananda quoted scripture saying only three paths were ordained as elevating man to perfection or liberation.

Service
Devotion
Of course we all have interest in more than one, but most of us striving for the elevated expression have a stronger or more dominant inclination towards one over the other.
So you mentioned meditation yoga and this might just be my ill-informed opinion but I think of meditation as action and karmically liberating. Therefore karma yoga.
What do you think about that?
Gurunath cries self peace for earth peace. It takes diligence to routinely meditate and to continue to work towards relinquishing the little self in discovery of the greater self.
