My name's Eric. Welcome to the portal! I agree with your attitudes towards our relationship with nature and food as medicine. To the extent, many of us have forgotten how to be in nature and exist independently without technology. There's something wrong with being in front of a screen all day, swiping and clicking buttons.

Last night I had alba clamshell, brown clamshell, maitake frondosa, trumpet royale, grey oyster, and forest nameko.

I feel like I'm just getting into mushrooms so it's nice to see your interest here. I wouldn't know how to identify these guys in the wild, I grew up in the city.
