Many times at nite laying in bed

Many times at nite laying in bed i find myself chanting a mantra internally before falling asleep. Mostly I find myself eventually sitting up and meditating but if I don’t I often wake up a few hours later and do just that; sit up and meditate and pray before falling back to sleep.
