I have witnessed through my life that a tremendous amount of faith goes into the practice of meditation. Because for most people the results are not immediately forthcoming.
However; this I can say with assurance;
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1). ~St.Paul
Paul knew what he was talking about when he made this comment. Although in a short life time the evidence of experiences of the substance of things hoped for is not an occurrence that continues on a daily basis, in the life we live meditating, there are moments that stay with us as momentous and life altering that keep are practice going daily, regardless of desired results on our personal terms.
