i think we all do as we struggle with our 'treacherous friend' (the body) here on the earth.

i have found that having this slowly healing knee has revealed somethings in my psychological makeup. i have yet to discover it all. i think the body speaks to us when we are not doing so well. It has a message for us and reveals to our consciousness areas that we need to improve on psychologically and spiritually as well as physically. Perhaps when my understanding is complete my leg will also be completely healed.

Jitendra

i think in appreciation of our body we have the opportunity to experience things like an increased awareness in healing- from physical to mental
in honor and understanding we can learn things and develop skill in practices that might sound far-fetched such as seeing energy, telepathy, etc
we have unlimited potential and practice will yield results
it's simply a matter of where we're to place our focus
treating this vessel with respect is a spiritual practice called Love
heh now i'm still working on it and probably will be doing so for a loooonnng time but this is what i'm starting to believe
in doing so, the body might not be seen as such a treacherous thing

i like the transition and am glad your knee is recovering-

You are welcome Steve, glad to hear the good news ! I like the way you phrased that last comment,
" We all must be gentler on ourselves as we increase our wisdom. "
