I’m often reminded of Sri Yukteswar’s quote, from the higher astral realms above, while attempting to meditate on earth, while insects crawl on us, flies openly bite, mosquitoes suck blood and the noise of humans interfere with daily meditation. Also, when it is too 🥶 cold to meditate effectively or too hot 🥵 to do so comfortably.
