Kundalini Can Hurt

I received initiation at the dream level in 2008. Years have gone by and I still have many unexplained answers to discover. To call it a lifelong journey might not be the whole truth. I do believe my kundalini has started rising but that there are blockages. My throat cakra being one. And perhaps something near my sacral. I am starting to think the hospitalization and the unexplained physical ailments have something to do with active kundalini energy. It is requiring diligent observation and lifestyle changes. I don't know much about the coiled energy and whether or not it remains fully extended but I am not sure mine is fully extended. I am fortunate to have found people who have had similar experiences who have worked through many of the changes life has required them to make in order to glide through the transformation and come out the better for it... Kundalini awakening isn't always a pleasant experience, but it is a worthwhile endeavor.
