Acceptance

In acceptance  you’re accepting duality. People are disappointed because they expect too much. There’s no need for grief a sorrow. When we are identified with the likes and dislikes we will experience pain. Yet when you witness you are not attached. We can step aside and watch. You’ll be able to accept consciousness as one. We want  others to tune in with us. But we will never tune in with others.

If a car does not break down we should be happy and grateful. We should be able to understand the nature of the objects of the world understand them and then we will be able to go beyond them. We need to be able to let go of our pain and  to curb our expectations. Expectations  lead to more and more sorrows. We are the source of all our emotions. We see the world as we are. People talk but we do not hear them. We see the world as we are. When somebody speaks we do not hear what they say, but what we want to hear. Most people talk about their fears and sorrows. Are we really doing anything about them though?

Thanks I give credit to Amma it sounds like her Eric and as I’m cleaning the house I find notes scribbled all over things I need to let go. Some ideas 💡 seem to come from meditation but I seem to be able to identity Amma’s imprint in other things I’ve written down. It is a comforting vibration… even if expressed in a few lines. It brings me back into her presence. There is a pinning in my soul to feel her love just once again. I never experienced anything like it. NEVER.
