We lose something and gain something everyday. If we count our loses with sorrow we have not learned that everything is for a higher purpose. Difficult at times; Yes. But often necessary for our higher growth. As some leave us - not by our choice - it often opens the way that was blocked to our higher growth. It is best to practice kindness as much as we can give and practice acceptance. Patience with trials brings great understanding. Seek guidance in all matters so that our actions are not interpreted with misunderstandings. Meditation requires much patience. If we are not willing to give it we will instead have to practice it with people and circumstances. Otherwise great suffering will replace the patience. In patience, the slow unraveling of circumstances brings awareness and spiritual growth.
