Evaluation of where we are in regards to one another is a tricky thing that only god can really evaluate. People are valuable to one another in many ways. When it comes time for you to be useful to us or to anyone for that matter you will know and help. On the spiritual path some of us are sprinting others are dragging their feet. But there is much to life that can be turned into spiritual conditions. Just recognizing that we are all struggling along trying to find the answers to lifes difficult set of problems and circumstances often gives us pause to stop think and pray for one another. Compassion is a key element in opening the doors that expand our spitiatul awareness.
The best thing to start on if you have not already is to quiet the chatter of the mind. Because just behind the monkey minds' endless chatter is the pure consciousness of the soul. This can be done many ways but this may help you as it has helped me:
