While practicing Yoga our instructor reminded us every moment is a miracle and that we choose how to perceive life. The choice becomes our reality. Being aware, becoming mindful- that's the practice. And of course, that yoga and or meditation is a transformative practice that is healing our planet. Ever moment is a miracle and I believe Yogananda described being present as a type of ever-new bliss.
