amorabsolutus,

Thank you for the names and authors of the mp3s - regression meditations. I would think listening to something, even if it is a guided meditation, would be easier than reading and following something from a book. The book has benefits of referring back to something - both good ideas to check out.

If I wander back in time and don't return, send a search party, lol !
