Let the others figure out how they want to live while we try to save our own democracy here and in Ukraine 🇺🇦  if they lose WE LOSE ALSO. End of story....

Amma gives the story of being on the 10 th floor of a building and a fire breaks out on the first floor. We can ignore it but soon we may find the fire has spread to higher floors. We cannot ignore the problems of others asking for our help without risking the safety of our own lives. We are part of a great web of humanity and cannot ignore the plight of others in a deluded notion of ‘America first’. America will be first if it shows a concern for the pain and suffering of its brothers and sisters across the globe.
