At times we have reason to have faith in ourselves because other people who have been negative towards us perpetuate their behaviors by attempting to destroy our aspirations.

Faith in God is some thing we gain after many lives. Association with other spiritual seekers is extremely important. Many people may discourage us but we must keep moving forward. A single negative mind can pollute our mind and squander all our effort.

The Goat that was deaf made it to the top of the mountain because he could not hear the discouragement of others.
