Meditation and Morning Ablutions

Guru Paramahansa Yogananda recommended always meditation after morning ablutions to presage a blessed day. I attempt to do this ever morning and some spiritual exercises called energizing as well. Often the gurus will give us some inspiration or motivation to meditate after we accept their guidance.
