We may not feel like meditating. It is like waiting for the waves to subside in the ocean before swimming. Even if we do not like walking it will still take us forward the only thing that can help us from illusion is God. If we go to a friends house and a dog is loose inside the fence we do not go in because we may get bit. But then a friend will come and put the dog on the leash. God is that friend and will come to take the dangers away.

Human minds and nature are in an agitated state. If a cell gets dislodged it can cause a disturbance even though there are countless cells. Visualize a sparkler Lighting up all the cells. This increases our life and enhances our spiritual progress. Visualize a star and remain in that divine effulgence.
