I've been exploring NA's as I ween off the hard stuff. I don't know if my heart is inflamed as a result of the worlds response to COVID19 or what- but alcohol specifically, even 1 glass of wine- triggers heart palpitations that can last a minimum of 6 hours. It's a blessing in disguise, because alcoholism runs in our family... And I've prayed to God for help... Sometimes help comes in unique ways.

Right now I am enjoying a hop tea. Not everyone likes the taste of hops- but I enjoy.
This is refreshing, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 calories and has a flavor reminiscent of a light citrus IPA.

Only 3 ingredients.. Carbonated water, organic green tea and mosaic hops.
