I'm glad you find it beneficial.

An national EAS went out on October 4th. There were concerns of nefarious technology used during this time to proliferate sickness. It would take two weeks to fully manifest if true. I don't know if it's coincidence that people around me are getting sick.

I think with this upcoming solar eclipse it's important to focus on our disciplines... As much as I want to integrate more of my self into the matrix, I am concerned I must instead resign some of my own desires at this time in order to maintain calm and clear. I believe if you're practicing kriya, or supplementing to protect your health- you must focus now and continue to draw closer to your disciplines.

This is the opportunity to gather strength and reshape our selves.
