I think it is interesting that Prasannan describes western astrology as an astrology of the seasons. He does not mention that it is also a study of the relationship of the planets and first included Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. However he does mention that Yotish astrology is an astrology of the stars.

Prasannan uses the point of first breath as the point when an astrology chart is constructed. Sri Yukteswar uses the point if inception. So he describes life as beginning with the moment of the first breath. I doubt that people against abortion would take that view.

He tells us western astrology doesn’t have cycles but later mentions transits which are indeed ‘cycles’. Whereas the cycles have been by Kelly here, who knows the position and cycle of Pluto in her chart and the chart of the United States as well which is very critical now. Cycles are just measured differently.

A real good explanation of eclipses and their significance. ‘Eclipses are times when there is a lot of power. A lot of Shakti.’

Art I finally had to stop watching this video because the questions presented by the interviewer became more and more directed at verifying the validity of astrology which no longer needs proving to me. I have come to the conclusion that I have wasted a lot of time trying to prove myself to others when it was best to take the proof I have all ready found and utilize it with my self and believers as well as those willing to investigate and do the spiritual work on themselves.

Many people I have met spend and waste their whole lives as skeptics and get little done because of their constant need to have things proven to them.
