Great Memories

I have had such great memories with people who spent time with us on the site. This morning I was reminded again of the good times in the past that are still here to last. In all our relationships it is important for us to remember what wonderful things have happened and let go of some of the difficulties and challenges. Ego and mind can make hell of life. Meditation and spiritual understanding can create gratitude and bliss!

I’m so fortunate to have so many spiritual, psychic and unusual people in my life. With so many unique experiences.   I know that in the future I will be more careful to preserve such relationships. For me friends have been instrumental in my spiritual understanding and eye opening revelations.

Suddenly we may see a video that reminds us of a time we experienced or hear an old recording of music we once listened to, or revisit a place we spent years at earlier in life. All these experiences brings back time and its indelible  imprint on our emotions and life. At these times it is inspirational to sit back and meditate in a place that brings timelessness back into our consciousness; a byproduct of the deep meditation experience.
