Many people join here but few participate. We are fortunate to have a die hard handful who know the benefits of meditation and meditation who hang on and we are happy to have their friendship. I have found praying for fellow members that we see here brings a spiritual connection and some synchronized lessons and experiences.

Some habits are good to stick with and only become better with time … like aging wine.
