Reducing Diet:
Practice the energization exercise is it in lesson 34 six times twice a day; and the stomach exercises (also in less than 34) 20 times each. Command your will, while tensing the muscles during exercise, to burn up the superfluous tissues. Practice the running exercise 50 to 200 times a day. Eat mostly raw vegetables and one boiled yolk of an egg a day abstain from starchy food, fried food, and sweets. Do not drink water with meals. Every three days fast one day on Orange juice.
And lots of other things you can do. I've found it's best to do what works for you, and not rely on some of this stuff. Besides it's been re-written and/or I doubt PY ever said some of this stuff.
