It is as simple as going to Chicago this summer and seeing Amma. You will find a person who has found God. Or you can take the SRF lessons and you will start to have small glimpses of your own divinity. You have to take the first step. No one can do it for you.

OR....one can do both.    There are many wonderful Teachers of God....

Yes Annie; Just lately i went to see a saint with a friend his name is Sri Pranananda (Louix Dor Dempriey). He did a cleaning out of my chakras and advised me to use certain essential oils. He really gave quite an experience to my friend Spencer. I was blessed to be in his presence to feel the devotion surrounding this man.

excellent technique 

keep the chakras clear.....keep the waters flowing so no soot builds up and muddies them...creating stagnet pools.

like a clear and steadily flowing stream they should be.....
