hey guys,
I do practice meditation and am not sure what this is. in gurunaths recent video he discusses the steps of kriya, going from a healthy body to emotions to mind and to psychosomatic issues by practicing the techniques ultimately before reaching the still waters that reflects back god.

I wonder if I've been experiencing the psychosomatic effects- I notice my heart is sensitive lately. It may be emotional but no, it is physically weakened. feels like is lacking strength to pump or that oxygen in the chest is being pushed out... haven't been to the dr because of the pandemic going on but prior to this dr's say there's nothing wrong with me.

it could be that maybe I'm just sensitive to my own body? we're doing a lot of sitting lately and to much news, to little sleep, not enough sun or physical activity, to much caffeine... alcoholic beverages- all of this seems to trigger it... then I'm left facing the sensations when there's no other influence but my own mind... I try hard to be still and breathe, I can't find the cause of stress or anxiety so I don't know if it's entirely related. what am I not seeing?

I exercise pretty intensely, but then again, I also eat or drink pretty intensely too. I have been trying to minimize the extremes the up and downs my life tends to go into... last night I drank a clean energy drink- didn't think much of it because it was apple, kale, celery but it also had 45mg of matcha which kept me up until 3:30AM. I become extremely sensitive to noises too... parents almost always have the television on and my sister leaves the door open, can hear all of her work meetings and private conversations.

getting out of the house helps but even on my drive to work today, I felt the zoning out and the pain in the heart occur. I don't think this is a normal way of living... I have been practicing meditation regularly and invoking mantra kriya... is this a part of burning through ones karma quickly which kriya yoga is said to offer... could it mean going through psychosomatic suffering or even include more suffering in general as a part of the speeding up process? kriya is the airplane route to god.

thanks for letting me rant and taking an interest.
