People ask us what are our favorite colors. The colors that we may see during meditation are much more soothing and enjoyable then those seen with the eyes. They are not as easy to describe either, since they may scintillate as they change in appearance. I always enjoyed colors that had softer tones as we see in pastels. Now I understand why. Though saying colors in meditation are pastel in meditation is inaccurate…it is as close a description I can come to the ones we see with our eyes.
