i woke up last night/early this morning just after 1:30AM in sweat and panic. i was waking up into fear, a bright white light filled my mind and a giant shadow of a spider flood my vision. i felt like someone was in the room with me. my panic heightened my alertness, so my hearing was amplified and it was difficult to fall back asleep- since every little noise was so clear and unknown feelings startled me. i got maybe 4 hours of sleep last night and can't stop thinking about what this larger than life vision means. i am documenting it here for now...
