We are told by Paramahansa Yogananda to look into the Sun in the last 15 minutes that it sets and then close our eyes and visualize that sphere of light in the ajna center or third eye. I do this when the Sun is not obscured by clouds and often ‘see’ a beautiful greenish blue iridescent orb glimmering in the third eye when closing my eyes.
