Focus and Study Sachet

As well as being used for study and examinations, this sachet can also help those who have need of inspiration and concentration, especially authors. Place the ingredients in a dark blue cloth tied with violet cord and hang it in the bedroom or over the work area of the person who is studying. A small sachet can also be made to be carried, especially during the exam period.

2 parts basil
1 part caraway seed
1 part the dried rind of a grapefruit
*not the pith* of the grapefruit
