It has been awhile since I opened this thread but saw it tonite and it was good to be comforted by some of the words here. I am grateful to have the SRF lessons and specifically the energization exercises to redirect unmanageable and unrestrained energies at nite. There are so many energies to deal with and is helpful to have techniques to balance the energies that release within us.
