Once a spirit totem appears and you've realized their presence, the best thing to do is to study them. Study the mythology behind the creature, study the various cultures' beliefs of the creature. Study what they eat, their habitat, the ways they move, hunt, and mate. Once they disapear chances are u have got their message and a new totem may enter your life giving you more insight into yourself and the universe.
