Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

Brother Nomaste mentioned that perhaps some with Buddhist leanings will be visiting our forum. We would be so happy to see that happen. i have meditated and helped a couple Buddhist groups get started (by going to practice regularly) in Kalamazoo Michigan. We had such wonderful times together. It seems like meditation is so universal in its scope that we always enjoyed doing it together no matter what the spiritual backgound of the meditators was. In the future if am able to reach these people again i will.
