lately I'm driving a lot to work, thru mountains and vales, but it's a tedious issue. So I started dowloading podcasts on health. I'll give you a list of the good ones. One topic yesterday was the health benefits of meditation, I was impressed to know that meditation allows the expression of some genes whose upregulation has an overall anti inflammatory effect on the system.
